Forresters – Conversion to Limited Liability Partnership as from 1 April 2017

In line with many other professional services providers, Forresters is converting to a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) – No. OC416271.
The business and assets of Forresters will be transferred to Forresters IP LLP with effect from 1 April 2017. This will have no effect on the day-to-day work we do for you, and thus you will see no change in the high quality advice and services, which we will continue to provide.
All instructions received and acted on from 1 April 2017 will be dealt with by Forresters IP LLP. Any previous arrangements Forresters had with its clients and suppliers, such as in relation to fees or billing procedures, will continue to apply to Forresters IP LLP.
