Carolina Taplin

I graduated with an LLB (Hons) from Leicester University. In 2004, I obtained my Diploma in intellectual property law, and in 2005 I qualified in trade mark formalities.

I joined Forresters in 2007 and I am involved in all aspects of trade mark law and practice in the UK and overseas.

Prior to Forresters I worked for more than seven years in the games industry as an intellectual property specialist focusing on piracy, trade marks and the circumvention of copyright protection.

Outside of work, I have a keen interest in amateur dramatics, contemporary dance and pilates.
