Hanna Ho-Yen

UK registered Trade Mark Attorney, European Trade Mark Attorney

I graduated from King’s College London in 2002 with an LLB (Hons) Law and worked as a legal editor with LexisNexis before commencing training as a trade mark attorney with another leading UK patent and trade mark attorney firm.

I joined Forresters in 2011 and I am involved in all aspects of trade mark law and practice in the UK and overseas, including providing brand strategy advice and a wide range of opposition and dispute matters.

Prior to Forresters I gained a broad range of experience working in the intellectual property department of a major multinational drinks company looking after their European trade mark portfolio, and in the trade marks team of a City law firm.

Outside of work, I have a keen interest in competitive running and pilates.
