James Cornford

I graduated with a MEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering at Bristol University in 2010. As a part of my degree, I spent a year studying in Sydney, working in computational fluid dynamics. In my final year, my research project was investigating the application of solar powered refrigeration to developing countries.

My work at Forresters involves preparing, filing and prosecuting patent and design applications in the UK and Europe across a wide variety of technological fields including anything from engine technology to cooking devices.

In my spare time, I enjoy road cycling, photography, cooking and most recently running – having vowed to complete a Marathon in 2012!
