I graduated from De Montfort University in 2005 with an LLB (Hons) Law Degree.

I joined Forresters in 2011 and I am involved in all areas of trade mark practice including prosecution, clearance searching, oppositions, revocation and invalidity actions, infringement matters and general brand strategy advice in the UK and overseas. In addition, I advise on agreements and licenses and deal with domain name queries and disputes.

Prior to joining Forresters, I spent 3½ years working in the trade mark department of a city law firm where I managed the portfolios of some high profile brands. Prior to that, I worked in house, managing a number of large sporting brands.

Outside of work I like to keep fit, particularly long distance running and swimming. I also enjoy travelling and exploring new countries.
