Examination Success for Forresters Trainees

We are delighted to announce that several of our trainees have been successful in their recent professional examinations.

Michael Barrett, Chris Bond, Andy Harding, Emma Johnson, Carolina Pittol and Russell Sessford have all passed foundation level papers of the Joint Examination Board, which conducts British patent and trade mark examinations.

At his first attempt, Dan Rusby has passed the 'Infringement and Validity' paper of the UK patent finals - widely regarded as being one of the most difficult - and Michaela Selvester has passed her three remaining trade mark finals papers, meaning that she is now fully qualified, as a UK Registered Trade Mark Attorney.

Congratulations, from the partners and staff, to all of them.
