I went to Leeds University for my undergraduate degree and then
moved to London shortly after and started working for a well-known
UK Patent and Trade Mark Attorney firm near Chancery Lane.
During my time with that firm, I studied at Queen Mary University
and I graduated with an MSc in Management of Intellectual Property
and the Certificate in Intellectual Property Law.
Trainee Patent Attorney
I graduated with a degree in Physics with a Year in Europe from
Imperial College London. After my degree I did research on
optoelectronic modulators and communication systems. I trained and
worked as a Physics teacher for a few years encouraging students to
take up the subject for higher studies.
European Patent Attorney
I graduated with a MEng in Engineering and Materials Science
from Oxford University. Also I have an MSc in Management of
Intellectual Property from Queen Mary, University of London.
I graduated with an MPhys in Physics with Nanotechnology
from the University of Leicester in 2015.
I joined Forresters in September 2016 as a trainee patent
attorney and assist with a range of patent cases in the Technology
and Engineering group.

I joined Forresters in September 2014, having graduated
with a BSc (Hons) Biochemistry
degree from the University of Bath in 2014. During my degree, I
undertook a year-long industrial placement, researching novel
methods for the treatment of cardiac diseases.
Prior to my start at Forresters, I graduated from Indiana
University with a B.A. in chemistry and a minor in biology.
I graduated from the University of Bristol with a Physics
degree in 2009 and I joined Forresters in 2014.
I have over 15 years of intellectual property legal experience,
having worked both in private practice and in-house in the UK and
the Middle East and was a Senior Associate within Australia's
largest IP boutique law firm before joining Forresters in 2016.
I graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a Law degree
in 2014 where I elected
to study the IP module as well as basing my dissertation on IP
principles. Prior to joining Forresters in 2015, I was lucky enough
to gain commercial and legal experience at various law firms.
I graduated from Imperial College London with a BSc in
Biomedical Science; I then went on to gain an MSc in Neuroscience
at University College London. I then held a Research Assistant
position within Imperial College London's Department of Medicine.
Whilst holding this position, I also completed a PhD looking into
the effects of particular gene variants on the risk of inheriting
Type 2 Diabetes.

I graduated from Oxford University with a BA (Hons) in
Biological Sciences and hold the Postgraduate Certificate in
Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary University.

My experience in protecting intellectual property has been on
both sides of the coin. I oversaw the development of intumescent
fire retardant coating technology as a technical manager in
industry where I needed to ensure all relevant IP was captured.
I graduated from Durham University with a BSc in Cell Biology. I
then went on to gain a Master's degree in Stem Cell Technology from
the University of Nottingham where my research project involved
working on a novel tissue engineered construct used to treat

Physics in 2012, where I was a bit of a generalist, taking modules
in anything ranging from medical physics to spacecraft design. I
was also fortunate enough to be one of the top performing
undergraduates in the year.

Masters in Physics, spending my final year focussed on condensed
matter physics, playing with colloidal particles.
