Diana Wardley
UK Chartered Patent Attorney, European Patent Attorney, UK Registered Trade Mark Attorney, European Trade Mark Attorney
I obtained my BSc and PhD in Physics from the University of Birmingham, and then undertook a further 3 years of research in Medical Physics before deciding in 1989 to join the "real world". I worked in the IP departments of a national defence organisation and a leading agricultural vehicle manufacturer before I joined Forresters (in the Birmingham office) in 1994. I became a partner in 1999. I advise my clients on all aspects of intellectual property law, but am increasingly specialising in trade marks and designs.
When I'm not at work I'm often found working in my garden, or getting oily hands helping my husband with his car restoration projects in his workshop. We also enjoy eating out, attending concerts and the theatre, and travelling all over the world. I am a Chartered Physicist and a Member of the Institute of Physics.
