I graduated in aerospace systems engineering at Southampton University. I handle patent and design prosecution work in diverse engineering fields including miniature precision motors, white goods, digital watermarking and nano-engineering whilst retaining an active involvement in encryption techniques, telecommunications, electronics and computer/software related inventions. I predominantly represent clients with UK originating work and European patent prosecution work. I regularly handle oral proceedings before the European Patent Office Examining Division, Opposition Division and Board of Appeal and both patent and design litigation work. I am based in our North London office.

When not in the office, I enjoy back-country skiing, ski touring, in-line skating, golf, photography (especially of snowy activities) and socialising. Only some of those activities are available to me in North London so I am now adept at making winter travel arrangements.
